Lavinia has been designing learning experiences and career development programs for the last 10 years, both in the corporate world and in the academic environment.
As a co-founder and learning architect at Offbeat, she applies adult learning principles so training and development professionals can connect, collaborate and grow together.
Karinna spent more than 8 years working on a high-profile campaigns in client services at agencies before crossing over into Learning and Development.
As the AVP of Learning and Development at Kepler, a digital advertising agency, Maldonado has oversight of all training for the company's 600+ employees, including everything from implementing learning programs such as Kepler University to restructuring and optimizing the company's review system to focus on employee growth.
Nayab currently heads up the Customer Success function at Learnerbly- an award winning Performance Enablement platform.
Nayab started out her career in training and development within Higher Education. After working for a few years in this sector, she was looking for a change when a connection mentioned Learnerbly.
