About this event
The unprecedented disruption to daily life caused by the global coronavirus pandemic will likely affect all aspects of club business and might even impact your members’ ability to exercise. Les Mills is bringing together fitness industry professionals in a new series of webinars designed to share insights, strategies and support to help club owners as we navigate this new landscape together.
Join us this Thursday, March 19th 1pm CST for the first of these webinars: Club Operator Q&A – Coronavirus. This Q&A style webinar discussion will be facilitated by Mario Tarquinio, Customer Experience Director for Les Mills US. Mario’s previous experience as both General Manager and VP of Sales give him a unique perspective into club operations, and he’ll lead out a discussion focusing on what health clubs and gyms around the U.S. are experiencing, challenges they are facing and tactics they have implemented to help during this time period. Joining him will be Les Mills Head Trainer for the US TAP Team, Rachael Babiracki. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with peers in the fitness community, share your firsthand experiences and learn some new ways of working that can keep your business and your members safer and healthier.
