Chris Asahara is Head of Content and Social Media at Les Mills International. Chris is a world-traveling, trilingual, multicultural marketing professional who spent many years in senior positions at Adidas Japan and at global ad agencies such as AKQA and TBWA\Chiat\Day prior to joining the LMI team.
Anna has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years, receiving her BS in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Master Trainer for Les Mills and Theragun, and manages programming and creative direction for Group Ex and Group PT for Texas Family Fitness.
