As we return to group exercise and instructing in a live setting, we know things will be different than they were before COVID-19, and it’s important to be prepared.
Join us on Thursday, June 4 at 1PM CDT for a discussion on what to expect as group fitness begins to resume, how to reconnect with your members and best practice guidelines before, during and after your classes. This panel of GX managers and advisors who have been through reopening will tell you all you need to know to ensure both you and your members feel safe and confident.
Jenn is a Trainer/Presenter/Assessor for RPM, LES MILLS SPRINT and a Trainer/Presenter for BODYPUMP. She lives just north of Nashville, TN with her husband and fur-child Bo and currently teaches at Golds Gym and the YMCA of Middle Tennessee.
Jeremy is a National Presenter for BODYCOMAT and LES MILLS GRIT and instructor for BODYCOMBAT and CXWORX. Jeremy is based in Akron, Ohio, and also holds ACE CPT and AFFA GFI certifications.
Josh is Regional Director for Group Fitness and Zone4 (team training) at Onelife Fitness in Atlanta, overseeing 400+ instructors and coaches. He has been in the industry for over 15 years, holding positions in customer service, group fitness, operations and personal training.
