You probably know that women and nonbinary people are still very under-represented in tech roles. At Le Wagon, we are determined to empower them and do our bit for more gender diversity π To celebrate International Womenβs Day on March 8th, weβre organising FREE online events during the week. Join this workshop is dedicated to all women and nonbinary people who want to gain coding skills and learn to code their landing page in less than 2 hours πͺ
What you will learn:
β¨ This introduction to Web Development will give you all the necessary tools to start designing and building pages yourself without any prior coding experience
β¨ Basic skills to start your learning journey as a Web Developer along with the opportunity to meet Le Wagon's alumni and expand your network in the tech field
β¨ You will learn which tools are commonly used in Web Development, how to choose to structure your HTML and style it with CSS, and how to get your website live for other people to visit!
The Format:
This online workshop will start with a 1-hour lecture to introduce the core concepts. You will then be onboarded on Le Wagon's e-learning platform and access the slides, a sum-up of key notions as well as exercises to keep practising after the workshop.
