Performance and Protection: A Longitudinal Model for Athletes

About this event

Hammer Strength Performance Webinar Series Presents

Performance and Protection: A Longitudinal Model for Athletes with Andrea Hudy

Building a winning program requires more than programming. It requires a system that tracks what happens to an athlete throughout a full season and a full career.

Andrea Hudy has built that system. For 30 years, across some of the most demanding professional and collegiate environments in the country, she has developed athletes who perform at the highest level and stay there.

On April 17, she walks through the model behind those results.

This is not a seminar. It is a system.

What the session will cover

  • Why longitudinal design is essential in female athlete research
  • Case study approach and real-world application
  • Neuromuscular control: assessment to implementation
  • Monitoring protocols and machine learning in practice
  • Female athlete-specific training and physiological considerations
  • Recovery kinetics and return-to-performance systems
  • System culture and decision governance

CEU NOTE

CEUs available: NSCA: 0.1 for Category A and 0.5 for CSCCa. CSCCa requires attendees to pass the quiz provided at the conclusion of the webinar.
