OLGA BLASCO: Olga has 25-years of language services industry experience in rapid growth and M&A-driven environments with large, US-based private and public LSPs. She has been involved in buying, selling and integrating LSPs internationally, and now Olga’s mission is to help business owners with their growth strategy to increase the value of their companies and reach their end game goals through investments in talent, technology and M&A.
ANNETTE LAWLOR: Annette is the CEO of Lion People Global, driving growth in the language industry through Executive Search/Strategic Staffing/Corporate Development and M&A. She is passionate about "people first", honesty, personal and employee wellbeing.
CECILIA MALDONADO: Cecilia has 20+ years of experience in the translation and localization industry that includes co-founding, managing and merging language service companies as well as co-founding the first language industry association in Argentina. She also volunteers with different international organizations and has organized more than 30 training events such as the Language & Technology Conference, Think Latin America, and the Vendor Management Seminar in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Ireland, Peru and the United States. Cecilia is the President of Women in Localization, a member of the Association of Certified Translators of the Province of Cordoba, the Globalization and Localization Association (GALA), the Association of Language Companies (ALC), and co-founder of Translated in Argentina (TinA).
AGUSTINA PIOLI: Agustina is one of the Business Development Manager and Head of the Talents Department at Latamways. After graduating as an English Translator in the year 2000 she was granted a Rotary International scholarship to attend Valdosta State University. Her 20-year experience in the industry includes freelancing, in-house reviewer, project management and finally starting her own company, Two Ways Translation Services. Almost 12 years later, the company's strategy to grow led them to merge with Speaklatam to become Latamways. Agustina is an active member of various national and international associations such as Women in Localization, Translated in Argentina and Translators without Borders.
