    With over 25 years of experience working within medical affairs, Helen has worked in many roles including clinical research associate, medical scientific liaison and scientific knowledge manager. However, her first love is medical information (MI) and helping HCPs get the information they need to help treat their patients. In September 2020, Helen joined Medical Information Leaders in Europe (MILE) as its Communication Lead to help raise the profile of MI and the work that the association is doing to advance access to trusted medicines information.

    Michelle is currently the Vice President of the pan-pharmaceutical organisation Medical Information Leaders in Europe (MILE) and has worked in a variety of roles within medical affairs in both pharma and biotech. She is an accomplished and success-oriented senior leader with extensive international experience operationalising and digitally transforming many aspects of medical/scientific affairs and customer engagement. She is a driver for and enthusiastic about the value of using technology and AI to enable and drive the business and improve customer experience.
