About this event
What is the key skill of a hostage negotiator? Smart talking? Jedi mind tricks? Or maybe holding your nerve in a crazy, fast-moving situation?
All of these are certainly important, but in this exciting and innovative 60-minute masterclass for LSAA members, Nigel Taberner, former UK hostage negotiator and communications expert, explores the real hostage negotiator superpower – the ability to connect, develop trust, get people talking and influence them using elite-level listening.
How much information, how much business, are you and your team missing out on because of a lack of listening and what can you do to ensure that opportunities are maximised?
