Peter has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 20 years, in a number of senior commercial roles. He was MD for Accord UK for almost seven years and also served as Chair of the British Generic Manufacturers Association. In 2024 he joined Sandoz as Head of the Generics Business Unit.

Clara has worked at Accord Healthcare for over 15 years. She has held several senior commercial roles across regional sales, national accounts and as the director responsible for Accord UK’s generics commercial, sales and marketing teams. Clara has recently taken on the role of UK Country Manager – Generics
Kristine Oberte has been in the pharmaceutical industry for more than a decade. She has an educational background in organic chemistry and an MBA, different experiences in administration, research and training, sales & marketing and management areas.
Lee has been involved with the generic pharmaceutical UK hospital market since 1990. After nearly seven years with the NHS working on the tendering and supply for medicines in NHS procurement roles, he moved into industry in 1996, managing the entry into the hospital tendering market and ongoing hospital business for three separate businesses (Generics (UK) Limited, Lexon and Arrow Generics) over 17 years. From 2013, he managed the hospital tendering operations and launched an innovative non-contract proposition for hospitals whilst working as part of the hospital team at Actavis (later Accord).
Ian co-founded the Life Science Access Academy with Nigel Robbins to bring together all the best ideas in people development from more than 20 innovative specialist consultancies.
