Ian Chamberlain is joined by an inspirational panel of experts, including Alison Lawrence, Chris Bodman, Phil Rose and Stephanie Armstrong, who will draw on their own collective experiences and insights to provide their top tips on how to fast track your career!

Meet the speakers:

Alison Lawrence is the owner and managing director of Forethought Public Affairs Consulting and HeartSing Executive Coaching. She is also a member of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, which has been instrumental in shaping the national Covid-19 vaccination programme.

Chris Bodman is the Founder of LMNTARY Performance. Chris started his career in elite sport as a Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach in First Class Cricket. During this time, Chris completed a degree in Psychology and a masters in Sport Psychology.

Phil Rose is the CEO of Clarity Leadership. Phil coaches top-level management worldwide to be better leaders; to provide clarity, model conviction and to enable their teams to exceed their business goals.

Stephanie Armstrong is the Global Marketing Director for Oncology at GSK. Stephanie will share her inspiring story of how she fast tracked her career.

Together they will discuss the importance of resilience, collaboration, self-awareness and teamwork to achieve goals and progress your career!

    Chris Bodman Performance Psychologist

    Chris started his career in elite sport as a Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach in First Class Cricket. During this time, Chris completed a degree in Psychology and a masters in Sport Psychology. He has also achieved Chartered status with the British Psychological Society and is a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). As a performance psychologist working in a variety of high-performing environments, Chris is extremely conscious of the psychological factors, both dispositional and situational, that affect people at different times. The ability to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders has been critical to his success in exploring ideal ways to make individuals better prepared to perform at an optimum level and help promote and enhance functioning and performance on the short and longer term.

    Stephanie has moved rapidly through the ranks in the last 10 years and now holds a Global Marketing Director role in one of the top 5 Pharmaceutical companies. Her career started with a student placement role for 7 months and then Stephanie moved into various roles globally and in the UK.

    I am the owner and managing director of Forethought Public Affairs Consulting and HeartSing Executive Coaching. In addition, I am a member of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, which has been instrumental in shaping the national Covid-19 vaccination programme. As an accomplished senior leader, I have over 30 years of experience working in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals and charity sectors. My career has been shaped by the opportunities that have enabled me to help give a voice to individuals, teams and organisations. I have lead teams and programmes in the UK, Europe and Globally raising awareness of the impact of ill health, securing access to treatment and care.
