Ville Karkiainen has two decades of experience as a senior talent leader in global organisations. He began his career as a consultant at Korn Ferry, before moving into executive HR roles – leading Kalmar through IPO readiness and large-scale restructuring, and running a multi-year leadership capability transformation across 10,000+ employees at Cargotec. He brings first-hand perspective on what it takes to build and transform executive talent functions at scale.

Myles Ball

Co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer, Luminate Myles has spent 15+ years in executive talent.
