Ricardo Samuel Saltz Gulko - Ricardo is the Managing Director of Eglobalis and Co-Founder of the European Customer Experience Organization, is a global strategist and thought leader specializing in customer experience, design analysis, and growth strategies. With extensive experience working with tech giants like Samsung, Oracle, and SAP, Ricardo has significantly enhanced customer experiences and driven innovation. Holding an MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School and fluent in 5 languages, he is based in Munich, Germany, and is dedicated to transforming global tech companies through simplification and customer-centric models.
