A new development called the North Dorchester Garden Community is being proposed just north of Dorchester. This carefully-designed project will bring new homes, local job opportunities, new services and improved transport connections to the area.
This webinar is part of a series of community consultation events being held by the North Dorchester Consortium during August and September 2025, which are separate to the events being run by Dorset Council about the new Local Plan. Members of the Project Team will present information on the proposals being brought forward for a Garden Community, with attendees able to put questions to the team for their review and response.
