Since 2006, leading master developers and regeneration specialists Summix have been creating places to live, work and play.
They are now bringing forward plans, in consultation with North Warwickshire Council, to deliver up to 282 new homes, including 50% affordable housing, on land at Spring Hill, New Arley.
This webinar is part of a public consultation that Summix are undertaking on their proposals for new homes, public open space, improvements to travel infrastructure and biodiversity.
Whether you are interested in the new homes for you or your family, curious about future investment in local infrastructure, want to learn more, or have concerns, this consultation is an opportunity for you to understand the proposals, ask any questions and help shape the plans before we submit an outline planning application.
