Katina Boutis is the Director of Sustainability at Everlane where she is responsible for the environmental and social sustainability impacts across the business including product, raw materials, supply chain, and operations. She is responsible for setting and achieving the brand’s social and environmental commitments, from factory transparency to carbon reduction to removing virgin plastics and conventional cotton from product and supply chain. She also shapes Everlane’s sustainability narrative and storytelling, translating impact initiatives into engaging consumer-facing stories.
Beth is a sustainability leader within Zalando’s Digital Experience team, helping over 48 million active customers discover and understand more sustainable fashion at Zalando. Beth has over 10 years’ experience in the fashion and textile industry, and has worked in both commercial and supply chain roles in her career at Zalando, on topics such as sustainable product standards, circular business models and consumer-facing transparency.
