This webinar will discuss the ever-growing shift within the industry and across the board to enhance digitalization. The shift that began before COVID-19 has accelerated considerably during the lockdowns forced by the pandemic. Our speakers will go into detail about the situation pre COVID-19, what took place during the lockdowns leading to the acceleration and finally what the future holds. A 15 minute presentation will be given to lay the groundwork, followed by a live panel discussion where the experts will talk about what is happening on-the-ground.

Starting in 1983 as a BMW Technician apprentice in Germany; Khaled has since come a long way by setting up the BMW Training Centre in Saudi Arabia along with an IMI approved apprenticeship program for BMW and Jaguar Land Rover technicians. Since 2016, he represents Tiqani in Saudi Arabia and conducts management and customer-facing training & coaching sessions in the Middle East. Khaled has successfully led multiple teams to win regional and place in the top three at the International Skill Competitions.

Her expertise includes eCommerce, digitization & new business models in retail and aftersales.
