MS Queensland invites you to their event

Managing Pain

About this event

No two people experience MS pain in the same way. Pain ‘experiences’ can range from annoying to uncomfortable or excruciating. It can have a big impact on the person living with it yet is completely invisible.

Pain is a common symptom in multiple sclerosis and may occur at any point in the course of the condition or it may not occur at all. Pain is difficult to define in MS so estimates vary as to how common these symptoms are, although some reports suggest that up to 80% of people with MS may experience pain at some stage.

This webinar will endeavour to explain the types of pain that MS may cause and explore both short term and long term management strategies, including the role of drug and non-drug treatments.
