About this event
Take part in an at home low-impact exercise class that will incorporate strength, balance and flexibility for people of all functional levels. Hosted by Erin, a Senior Physiotherapist at MS Queensland, the class will provide information on the benefits of exercise for the mind, body and your mood. Erin will also discuss different types of exercise and why they are important and detail the specific considerations for women when exercising and people living with MS.

Erin – Senior Physiotherapist
Erin has been a physiotherapist for over 15 years, working within hospitals and the community. Erin has advanced clinical knowledge & experience treating people with neurological conditions. She has post graduate qualifications in neurological rehabilitation.
