About this event
In this webinar series, NCC Group and our special guests will explore the critical intersection of IT & Operational Technology (OT) cyber security convergence and the safety considerations in industrial environments. We’ll address the unique challenges and opportunities that arise when legacy operational technologies meet modern digital systems amid rising cyber threats.
The protection of revenue-generating operations is paramount, but looking beyond financial risk – what about the threat to human life?
Malfunctioning operational assets can create safety risks, emphasizing the need for accelerated investment in operational technology and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security.
As we navigate this new era of IT/OT convergence, a robust, integrated approach to cyber security and business continuity is not just advisable—it's imperative for operational resilience and safety.
Join our expert panels of IT, OT and Safety professionals and hear real-world examples as we explore the three key phases and discuss strategies for combined resilience within three webinars.
Webinar 1: Baseline Readiness - Prerequisites for OT Security
In the first webinar of the series our panel of leading OT experts will explore the convergence of different disciplines (Safety, Physical Security and Cyber) from a regulatory point of view.
This session will cover:
✅ Changing regulatory landscape
✅ The move towards IT/OT convergence
✅ The need for Cyber to be included in the same conversation as safety
