NOW: Pensions invites you to their event

Underpensioned Index 2022 Report

About this event

Two years ago, together with the Pensions Policy Institute, we published a report which investigated the reasons why some groups in the UK are underpensioned and unable to save adequately for later life.

While nobody could have predicted the events that have happened since our first report in 2020, it is saddening that our latest underpensioned report has revealed pension inequality within our society has worsened. Action is needed now to reduce the pensions gap and allow everyone to enjoy the comfortable retirement they deserve.

Join our panel of expert speakers as we uncover the statistics and discuss ways underpensioned groups can be helped.

The session will be moderated by Samantha Gould, Head of PR and Campaigns, with our special guest panellists:

  • Joanne Segars, Chair of the trustees board, NOW: Pensions
  • Lauren Wilkinson, Senior Policy Researcher at the Pensions Policy Institute (PPI)
  • Mark Smith, Head of Media Relations, PLSA
  • Stefan Lundbergh, Director, Insight at Cardano
