Aaron Parker is the Vice President of Pennington & Company. He has demonstrated success leading and directing capital campaigns for fraternities nationwide. His passion for helping individuals align their interests to specific funding priorities, originated as a development officer for The University of Iowa. His work now helps facilitate transformational experiences for participants of membership-based organizations while enhancing their continued alumni engagement. Originally from Iowa and a Phi Kappa Psi member from the University of Iowa, Aaron now resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife Bethany, new-born son Campbell, and dog Huck.
Johana Canda-Fiserova (she/her) is a Strategic Engagement Consultant at Aluminati where she works with educational institutions and enterprise clients to increase their engagement through innovative approaches to alumni and community engagement. Johana has worked in the higher education sector in the USA, the UK and continental Europe for the last 15 years. In 2018, Johana was awarded the prestigious Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE Europe) Emerging Alumni & Supporter Relations Professional Award. Before joining Aluminati, Johana spent six years at King’s College London where she oversaw King’s alumni engagement of over 200,000 alumni in 174 countries around the world, leading her team of 13 staff to a full digital transformation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
