Jess Campbell is the founder of Out in the Boons, a small shop helping nonprofits raise more money online and in-person. She has been a nonprofit fundraiser for 18 years and has raised over $17M+ working from New York to California in organizations big and small. She is also the founder of The Raise More Together Summit which to date has educated more than 3,000 nonprofit leaders and fundraisers.
Neelay’s career on five continents includes Disney, Super Bowl, Olympics, and years of consulting and training. He champions “Ideas Worth Spreading” as the curator for TEDxCollegePark, TEDxIndianapolis, and TEDxIndianapolisWomen and his service on the National Recreation and Park Association Board sought to ensure “no child was left indoors.”
As the Founder & CEO of Next Practice Partners, he helps agencies prepare for “what’s next” through planning, training, and technology solutions. His work spans business and operations plans for Los Angeles County serving 12 million people, the world’s largest municipal customer service and leadership training for Chicago Park District’s 3000 employees, and Strategic Master plans for Atlanta, Broward County, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, San Diego, etc. always prioritizing a more inclusive and innovative future for all.
His perspective on the non-profit world is shaped by years of servant leadership as Board President for the Immigrant Welcome Center, the Vice Chair for WFYI in Indianapolis etc. where he helps make Indy the most welcoming city and ensure diverse voices are represented in public media respectively.
Maria is the owner, founder, and creative force behind Emprender Creative. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Aquinas College and a Master’s in Leadership Studies from North Central College. With over 20 years of experience working with diverse populations in California and Illinois, Maria advocates for diverse individuals and groups. Her work in social media and content creation has allowed her to continue to serve and advocate for the most vulnerable members of the community. She values compassion, dignity, transparency, respect, and diversity.
