Meet the Panelists

Brian Lacy, NPOInfo

Brian Lacy is a data consultant for NPOInfo and principal of Brian Lacy and Associates, a fundraising and data services firm with more than 30 years of experience that provides leading industry resources and veteran talent to maximize opportunities across the giving spectrum. With Expertise in the North American market and connections across the philanthropic landscape, he and his team have worked from higher education to health care to religious and community charities and has created fundraising programs regardless of the size of team or budget. From annual giving solutions to major and principal giving strategies, they have helped more than 400 non-profits raise more than $1 Billion in philanthropic support.

Julia Beltran, Double the Donation

Julia is the partnerships manager at Double the Donation, the leading automated matching gift software provider. Through her role, Julia works with the top fundraising solutions to help nonprofits and educational institutions raise more revenue through employer matching gift programs.

Amy Boroff, amplifi

Amy has been working for and with nonprofit organizations for over 20 years, currently serves on local Nonprofit Boards as well as on her township's Board of Education. She is a Development Strategist at amplifi helping nonprofit organizations and independent schools create and execute strategies and communications to reach their goals.

Martha H. Schumacher, Hazen and HILT

Martha H. Schumacher, CFRE, ACFRE, MInstF is a social sector ambassador, coach, mentor, author, and champion. She is President of Hazen Consulting and the Hazen Institute for Leadership Training (HILT), creating global strategies to elevate social impact and philanthropy. Martha led the Defenders of Wildlife fundraising team for nine years. Her current and recent clients include Emory University, AARP Foundation, Best Buddies International, Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and National Geographic Society. Martha is AFP Global Immediate Past Chair. She holds the International Advanced Diploma in Fundraising with Distinction, and the Certified Fund Raising Executive and Advanced Certified Fund Raising Executive credentials, respectively.
