Laurie Hochman, Marketing Director at Auctria

Laurie Hochman has a passion for helping groups exceed their fundraising goals. Melissa Smith, Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at DipJar

Melissa is the VP of Marketing and Strategy at DipJar where she is responsible for building the company’s public outreach and brand relationships, including overseeing a growing social presence and sales partnership profile.

She worked extensively with nonprofit organizations prior to joining the DipJar team. Through her work, Melissa has gained extensive knowledge of the nonprofit sector, the experience that enables her to understand nonprofit organizations and their needs.

Michael Gorriarán, President at Arjuna Solutions

Michael Gorriarán is the President of Arjuna Solutions, the leading provider of Behavioral Economics Modeling powered by patented A.I. Services designed to optimize lifetime giving while lowering the cost per dollar raised.

Prior to joining Arjuna Solutions, Michael served in key executive roles in the global technology sector for more than 30 years, with companies like Microsoft, Xerox, and other early-stage, high-growth business ventures.

Michael holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, with concentrated studies in Economics and Spanish, from the University of Rhode Island.

He is an avid distance runner, outdoor enthusiast, and active parent of two with his wife Kris. Michael was also the Chairman of the Board of the Oregon Council for Hispanic Advancement.

Rick Bawcum, CEO & Founder at Cimatri

Rick describes himself as a 'Disruptioneer' working with clients to help them benefit from radical change in business models due to technological innovation. His superpowers lie at the intersection of change management and technology; working with associations and non-profits to connect their strategies to tangible value for members and staff. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University specializing in Finance, HR and Business Administration. He and his wife live in Alexandria, Virginia and they love to travel and visit with their children and grandchildren.
