Rachel is the Vice President of Marketing at VolunteerMatch. She is an innovative Executive with over 16 years as a senior manager strategically moving organizations forward. A seasoned subject matter expert in marketing, forecasting, communications, and policies. Expertise in marketing, communications, branding, fundraising, and sales development with strong leadership skills.
Rebekah serves as the Vice President of Client Services at NextAfter and is passionate about empowering nonprofits to be innovative in their digital fundraising efforts. Before joining the NextAfter team, she worked in digital marketing and acquisition for a faith-based nonprofit ministry. Rebekah consistently utilized NextAfter’s free online resources to grow in her learning of fundraising as she worked as a practitioner in the digital space. Impressed by the excellent resources and attracted to the culture of generosity evident at NextAfter, she was inspired to join the team.
Yolanda is the President of YFJ Consulting, LLC. and the Founder of Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy (WOC)™. With a wealth of experience in the non-profit sector, Yolanda F. Johnson, a leader in fundraising, philanthropy and Inclusion, Equity and Diversity, has developed training methods for boards and leadership groups in effective fundraising strategy and in racial and gender equity, in addition to successfully launching fundraising and marketing initiatives; creating special streams of earned income and special events, including creative strategies for partnerships and sponsorships; securing foundation, corporation and government funding, and cultivating a diverse major gifts portfolio. Her philanthropic work includes counseling philanthropists on where to direct their resources, and through her own YFJ Philanthropies, she personally gives back to causes supporting racial and gender equity, those with disabilities and the arts.
Wes Goldstein is the COO of Mobilize. He has over 20 years of Operations and Program Management experience, from team-sized process improvement to managing engagements between the United States and two African countries. Wes' career began with the United States Navy as a pilot, but he worked on two major staffs, deploying IT and communication technologies during his career. After the US Navy, he moved into Project Management and quickly accelerated Customer Success and Operations. He is currently the COO of Mobilize Networks, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Redlands.
