She grew her operation revenue from $750,000 to $2.5M and completed a $12M capital campaign. She is certified in Nonprofit Management by Harvard Business School and is a bestselling author.
Shannon is the Principal Consultant and Owner of McClure Nonprofit Solutions, LLC. Cultivating passion for a product, idea, or organization and driving engagement is what she loves doing. Shannon creates and leads dynamic (and happy) teams and designs effective projects driven by strategy. The result is an organization closely aligned with people, businesses, and foundations who care most about supporting it.
She has successfully led marketing and fundraising efforts in the realms of the arts, social service, faith-based organizations, and higher education. In three years as a capital campaign consultant/manager, Shannon led campaigns that raised over $15 million for her clients.
Meredith has always had a passion for work that makes an impact. Having spent over 7 years working in fundraising, she has gained extensive knowledge in marketing, peer-to-peer, events and sponsorship. Having experienced it first-hand, she understands the challenges nonprofits face when building a fundraising strategy and loves to find new and creative ways to leverage data to increase revenue.
