Meet the panelists

Brian Gawor, Ruffalo Noel Levitz

Brian is is the VP for Research at Ruffalo Noel Levitz. He is a fundraising and higher education veteran, with experience at a wide range of charities. He coordinates actionable research for RNL, a platform company helping institutions and organizations build a deeper relationship with donors to maximize philanthropic investment. He hosts numerous webinars, podcasts, conferences, and events each year to engage the fundraiser community, and he's also PhD candidate at Illinois State University.

Brian Lacy, NPOInfo

Brian Lacy is the principal of Brian Lacy and Associates, a fundraising and data services firm with more than 30 years of experience that provides leading industry resources and veteran talent to maximize opportunities across the giving spectrum. With Expertise in the North American market and connections across the philanthropic landscape, he and his team have worked from higher education to health care to religious and community charities and has created fundraising programs regardless of the size of the team or budget.

Elisa Shoenberger, Aspire Research Group

Elisa Shoenberger is a Research Consultant at Aspire Research Group. She has over eight years of experience in the fundraising sector working as a prospect researcher at Loyola University Chicago and benchmarking analyst at Grenzebach Glier and Associates. Elisa earned her MBA in marketing and operations management from Loyola, a MA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; and a BA in history from the University of Chicago.

Traci Shirachi, The Mark USA Inc.

Traci is the CEO/President of The Mark USA Inc. The Mark is a data analytics applied research and evaluation company that works with organizations of all types, both nationally and internationally to help the underserved thrive and to help organizations be successful at obtaining the capital or money they need to help more people advance socioeconomically. Traci has an MBA from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
