Holly Rustick is the CEO of Grant Writing & Funding. She is a world-renowned grant writing expert and Amazon bestselling author who coaches thousands of people every week through her top-ranking podcast, Grant Writing & Funding, books on grant writing, and via the Hub Haven on taking actionable steps in grant writing. Having secured millions of dollars for nonprofit organizations around the world throughout for nearly two decades, Holly has a mission to train grant writers to simplify the process, grow capacity, and advance mission. Holly has an MA in International Political Economy, is past-president of the Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce, a former university instructor, and is an unapologetic feminist. Holly lives on the island of Guam with her beautiful daughter, Isabella.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Studies from Ball State University, Bethany got her start in the grant field as an AmeriCorps VISTA member. Since 2011, Bethany has worked with over 35 different organizations such as arts and culture, after-school youth programming, historic preservation, healthcare, and community centers to secure more than ten million dollars in government and foundation funds.
Matt Carter is a Senior Advisor at Grants Plus. He coaches and trains nonprofit leaders to be more successful at finding and securing grants from foundations, corporations, and government funders. Prior to joining Grants Plus, he was Associate Director of Development, Foundations and Grants, at the Western Reserve Historical Society, and Director of Development at New Life Community (now Family Promise of Greater Cleveland). Matt has been published in journals in the US and Europe, and co-authored the book, Seen But Not Heard: Strengthening Nonprofit Advocacy. He holds a BA in Political Science from University at Buffalo.
Shavonn Richardson, MBA, GPC is Founder of Think and Ink Grants® and has 18-years of experience as a grant writer, nonprofit leader, and federal grants reviewer. Shavonn served as a nonprofit leader and co-founded the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization Blue Flowers Org in 2014. She worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager for Bank of America Foundation, where she helped distribute $1.3 million in grants and sponsorships to Atlanta nonprofits each year. Now she gets grants for her clients at Think and Ink Grant Consulting and has successfully leveraged over $25 million in funding.
