Lynne Wester is the Principal and Founder of Donor Relations Guru. She strongly believes that donor relations is the key to unlocking fundraising success and that organizations must be as dedicated to the donor experience, as they are to the ask itself. Lynne helps organizations when they need it the most – when crisis or opportunity arrive. Lynne partners with nonprofits large and small on a variety of initiatives from developing sound strategy and vision to utilizing technology and creating meaningful donor engagement. Her guidance has led her clients to be recognized on the national stage for fundraising innovation, creative communication, and groundbreaking donor relations work.
Clay Buck, CFRE is the Founder and Consultant of TCB Fundraising. He has been a fundraiser for over 30 years and has served at multiple nonprofits across the country. He is an AFP Master Trainer and holds a Certificate in Philanthropic Psychology from the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy. Clay specializes in individual giving, fundraising strategy and planning, and development systems and operations. He lives in Las Vegas and teaches fundraising and strategic planning at UNLV.
Jonathan McCoy is the Founder and CEO of We Are For Good. His journey into fundraising began when he and his wife raised support to be interns for an international ministry which took them to Thailand to live and serve for a year - one of the best and most formative years of their lives. After dreaming of a full-fledged company aimed at empowering and equipping this generation of nonprofit leaders - We Are For Good was formed in 2019, and was taken full-time in 2020.
Becky Endicott is the Co-Founder and Chief Storyteller of We Are For Good. She's the resident storyteller, kindness champion, philanthropy celebrator, justice seeker, humanity endorser, envelope pusher, people lover and just a general awkwardness embracer at We Are For Good. After leading development teams in nonprofit marketing, annual giving, and major gifts, she took her passion for storytelling and content creation to launch the heartbeat of We Are For Good. Becky values the power of words and the personal connections among each of us. She believes both are critical to stitching together the fabric of every powerful experience leading to giving. When combining the right tenor, pacing, and word choice by a courageous storyteller, she believes a story can unfold to move the hearts and minds of a large population who want to do good. This is transformational philanthropy at its finest, and it’s her passion to set it in motion.
