VP of Growth Marketing at Feathr

Bradley Martin is a passionate growth marketing leader with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to helping nonprofits build deeper connections with their donors and audiences. He has spent the past several years deeply immersed in the nonprofit tech space, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies to cultivate lasting relationships between organizations and their supporters.

Jennifer Bellin

Chief Marketing Officer at PFL

Jennifer Bellin has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit and for-profit marketing leadership. Since July 2022, she has been Chief Marketing Officer at PFL, a direct mail marketing company. Previously, she was Vice President of Marketing for Artemis Health and Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for Paycor. In 2011, Bellin co-founded Steps for Success, which paired at-risk high school students with business community mentors. The program was featured in a documentary film and a year-long series by American Public Media. Earlier in her career, she held marketing leadership roles at Music Teachers National Association and Cincinnati Opera.

Karen Brooker

VP of Growth Strategy at Marketing Card Technology

Karen Brooker has over 25 years sales and leadership experience in the card manufacturing and direct mail industries. She currently serves as VP of Growth Strategy at MCT, a minority-owned direct mailer based out of the Chicago suburbs. She also sits on the board of directors for the International Card Manufacturers Association and has been contributing to the industry since 2009 by taking on chair and speaker roles at both in-person and virtual industry events. Karen has worked with organizations across sectors at different stages of their card marketing journeys. Earlier this year, Karen authored MCT's recently published eBook, The Essential Guide to Boosting Direct Mail Response using Membership Cards.

Mike Snusz

Director of Nonprofit Customer Experience at Tatango

With 20 years of fundraising experience, Mike Snusz currently works as the Director of Nonprofit Experience at Tatango. His goal is to help nonprofits maximize the impact text marketing can have to raise more money.
