Saravana Sivanandham is fueled by growth. It, according to him, is the common thread weaved throughout his career and is what continues to drive him in his current role as Chief Marketing Officer at Absorb Software. Prior to Absorb, he held various marketing, digital, and technology leadership roles at McKinsey, DocuSign, and Adobe.
KiKi helps organizations develop stronger ties between their mission and their members. She is CEO of Amplified Growth, senior consultant with Tecker International, and regularly speaks about management strategy and cultivating communities of trust with audiences around the globe.
She has honed her approach to communications and strategy for many organizations – nonprofits and corporate alike – including, the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, the American Institute of Architects, and QVC – to name a few.
KiKi is the creator and host of Association Chat, an online community, blog, and podcast reaching 72,000+ individuals every month. She was also featured in 2021 by Cvent as one of the ‘20 Event Professionals You Should be Following’, and in August 2021 as ‘30 Nonprofit IT Influencers to Follow in 2021’ by BizTech Magazine.
Cristyn Johnson is a learning and development leader in the continuing education field. With a passion for helping people learn and grow, she specializes in creating and executing learning strategies and programs based on individual and organizational needs. Cristyn is currently the Director of Education and Engagement at Cadmium, where she oversees all training and education initiatives for the company. In this capacity, she builds educational and training programs aimed at increasing mastery of the Cadmium suite of products. Prior to her time at Cadmium, Cristyn worked for a national association, crafting and executing field education strategies focused on growing the capacity of the field at large and increasing the impact members have in their local communities.
Cristyn is a resident of Baltimore City. She earned her Master of Science Degree in Arts Administration from Drexel University and completed her Bachelor of Music Degree with a concentration in clarinet performance at Towson University.
