Diane Egbers is the founder and CEO of Leadership Excelleration. She has served the region’s top business leaders for 25 years, specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, and consulting. In addition to leading her Leadership Excelleration team, Diane also serves as board chair at Grant Us Hope, a suicide prevention non-profit she founded in 2016 after losing her son to suicide. Diane has a gift for inspiring business, education, healthcare, government, and non-profit leaders to become the best versions of themselves and create positive cultures that achieve sustainable growth.
Michael F. Maciekowich is a National Director for Astron Solutions. His areas of expertise include the development, design, and implementation of executive, physician, & employee base pay systems, short- & long-term incentive programs, sales incentive programs, and performance management systems in all industries. Michael has over 40 years of consulting and industry compensation experience. Prior to Astron, Michael worked for numerous consulting firms such as The Hay Group, Towers Watson, Adams, Nash & Haskell, and the Omni Group. He began his career in 1978 at Zenith Electronics, continuing his career at Honeywell and the American Hospital Association before moving into consulting. Michael received bachelor’s degrees in political science and philosophy from Loyola University of Chicago and a master’s degree in industrial relations, from the Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business.
Valentina Kibedi is the Director of Learning Services at Laridae, a consulting and training firm based in Canada that works exclusively with non-profit organizations. Valentina brings over 10 years’ experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. At Laridae, she and her team support purpose-driven leaders to develop actionable strategies, build strong teams, and create thriving workplace cultures.
Mariah is a Management Consultant at Blue Beyond Consulting. She has been with Blue Beyond since 2006. As a seasoned consultant, Mariah works closely with leaders and teams to facilitate organizational alignment, engage employees, navigate change, and achieve business results. Mariah is known for her ability to build strong, authentic client partnerships, as well as her agility in understanding what clients envision and turning that vision into something both actionable and valuable. She holds a BA in Communications from USC, with a minor in Leadership Studies and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
