As the principal and design lead at Advocate Creative, Jon has spent 20 years designing brands, publications, and digital experiences that foster simplicity and clarity. Jon has held creative leadership roles in multiple corporate and studio environments, taught and lectured on design at universities, and been recognized by leading design publications including HOW, Graphic Design USA, Chicago Book Clinic, and Rockport Publishers. Jon leads Advocate Creative with a conviction that design is at its best when used to champion social change.
For the past 14 years, Dana has been leading marketing and communications across different teams within the nonprofit sector from environmental to faith-based, humanitarian aid and development and the arts. Her experience ranges from campaign development and collaboration to digital marketing focused on web, social, email, and paid media. By utilizing data and implementing new strategies, Dana has consistently seen continuous revenue growth and donor engagement, acquisition, and retention across multiple channels. Currently she leads GG+A's marketing department, focusing on strategic growth initiatives across digital marketing, social media, collateral and advertising development, content development and professional event and conference participation.
Doug Scott is the founder and CEO of Tectonic Video, a leading video agency for nonprofits. His team works with nonprofits across the US and around the world to create award-winning videos that drive results. His work has been featured in The New York Times, NPR, CNN and AdWeek, and he is a frequent guest lecturer at Stanford University on the power of storytelling for nonprofit organizations.
