More Than a Call for Donations: Donor Communication Strategies and Why It's Important

About this event

Building Lasting Relationships with Donors

For nonprofits to shine, they must build and maintain great relationships with their networks - whether it be the communities they serve, other nonprofits, or their donors. One of the keys to creating these lasting relationships is communication. It may sound simple and lackluster, but there is more to it than meets the eye. This panel will address how nonprofits can re-evaluate their donor communication strategies. Join us as we sit down with some fundraising all-stars for this panel!

After the Merger & Acquisition of ThankView and EverTrue, she joined the marketing team to focus on building a new program intended to market, nurture, and build relationships with decision-makers at the highest-value accounts.

Charlotte lives in Cincinnati with her husband and 9-month-old. She's enjoying all of the firsts as a new mom!

What will be discussed?

  • Why is it important for nonprofits to review their donor communication practices?
  • What strategies should be considered by nonprofits to maintain their donor relationships?
  • What are common mistakes nonprofits make when communicating with potential donors? And how can they be avoided?

Who should attend?

While we firmly believe that anyone in the nonprofit sector could benefit from learning and thinking about better donor communications; however, nonprofit communications, marketing, and PR professionals will find this panel the most pertinent.
