Jill Krumholz, RealHR Solutions

Jill brings to RealHR Solutions experience as a business owner, executive search consultant, and corporate HR professional.

Throughout her career, she has had the ability to build strong relationships, identify client needs and help companies find solutions. The industries she chose to build her career in were retail and healthcare. During her tenure in the said industries, she didn’t focus solely on HR, but also on company operations and management as well.

Jill holds an MS in Industrial Social Work from Fordham University and a B.A. from CUNY at City College. She is a member of The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) nationally, in NYC and Westchester County, NY. She is an Associate Member of the Nonprofit Resource Hub, a member of Nonprofit NY, and Nonprofit NJ.

Ed Probst, President at Vanguard Insurance

NYIT alum and Vanguard Insurance President Ed Probst is an experienced insurance consultant specializing in group medical, employee benefits, commercial insurance, and individual life. He achieved the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter in 2001, Chartered Financial Consultant in 2007, and Registered Health Underwriter in 2009. His primary focus is to provide top-tier service to both small and mid-sized businesses in the fields of insurance and employee benefits.

Evin O’Shea, Web Scribble

Evin joined Web Scribble in 2019 with more than 10 years of sales experience. He is a proven sales leader who has applied his experiences and enthusiasm to expand and lead Web Scribble's media sales team, resulting in increased career center revenue for his clients of various industries. Evin's growing team specializes in selling strategic recruitment advertising packages to employers looking to fill positions.
