Meet the panelists

Evan O'Neill, Hum

Evan O’Neill has worked in digital, with a focus on programmatic advertising and data management, for over 10 years. Though he got his start in the for-profit space, he quickly learned that many tools in the digital ecosystem were not built for nonprofits. He spent 4 years at Feathr, a digital advertising platform for nonprofits, where he spoke with dozens of associations every week and helped identify gaps in their marketing. Currently he acts as the Chief Growth Officer for Hum, a company dedicated to creating a customer data platform built specifically for the association space. He believes that associations are currently sitting on a revenue gold mine in the form of their first-party data.

Kristen Webster, Loyalty Research Center

Kristen Webster, MPH, is the Practice Leader for Associations at Loyalty Research Center in Indianapolis, IN. She sits at a table surrounded by bright, curious minds who love to learn about membership-based organizations and what makes them tick. Her practice specializes in needs assessments, services deep-dives, member experience mapping, predictive analytics, and strategic planning partnerships. Kristen is an alumna of Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, where she obtained all three degrees: BA Communications, BA Anthropology, and a Master's in Public Health. Kristen lives with her husband and spends her free time coaching boys volleyball.

Monique Delage, Virtual, Inc.

Over 20+ year and expertise in digital marketing, acquisition and retention marketing, lead generation, loyalty marketing and GTM strategies. A passion for data that tells a story and provides a deep understanding of the customer/audience to develop targeted messaging, influential content, and valuable user experiences that deliver results.
