Each “live” session will run for approximately 60 minutes, consisting of a 20-minute presentation followed by up to 40 minutes of interactive Q&As (please note that the final session on June 16 is all Q&As). Submit your questions ahead of time by emailing us at email@example.com, or share them “live” during the webinar.

I'm French but now live in Portugal. I started yoga in 2000 when I was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS and later qualified in Hatha Yoga and Yoga Therapy. I've now followed the OMS programme for 8 years. I do yoga, run, cycle, swim, go to the gym and feel stronger every day!
