In addition to concept development and operations, Drew acts as the group's Wine Director— guiding award-winning lists across our properties. He was recognized as one of Wine Enthusiast's Future 40 Tastemakers in 2023.
Ravi is the CEO & Founder of Overthrow Hospitality. He was twice nominated as Outstanding Restaurateur by the James Beard Foundation and featured in thousands of media publications. He is an outspoken voice on climate change issues and animal welfare. He is also the founder and co-owner of Death&Co, one of the world's most influential cocktail bars.
