By optimizing the employee experience – the journey employees take with your organization. Employee experience is made up of the sum of all interactions an employee has with an employer, from pre-hire to ‘re-tyre’ and everything in between. 

Key Learnings:

  • How to focus on employee ‘moments that matter’ to optimize their working experience.
  • Employee engagement, performance and development are the three stages that capture most of the day-to-day experiences of employees. These are the responsibility of all people leaders and managers, not just that of HR.
  • While every business MAY be a technology business, every business MUST be a care business. All stakeholders, including employees, read your company’s ‘care label’. Design care into all aspects of your employee experience. Caring may well be the next definition of sustainability and success.
  • As you value employees, also value what they do. Celebrate not only that which is easy to measure and describe, but also the company values, ways of working, inclusive culture, trusting and enduring relationships and employee experience.
