Join neuropsychologist, author, speaker, and Les Mills instructor Dr. Vonetta Dotson as she summarizes the latest scientific evidence for healthy lifestyle behaviors that promote brain health, such as staying physically and mentally active, eating well, and getting good sleep.

    Dr. Dotson is a neuropsychologist, author and speaker. She completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology at the University of Florida in 2006 with a specialization in neuropsychology and a certificate in gerontology. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia. Her career has focused on teaching, providing clinical care and conducting research related to brain health and aging. Dr. Dotson is Senior Project Scientist for Behavioral Health at NASA (KBR) and author of the upcoming book Keep Your Brain Young: A Science-based Approach to Strengthen and Protect Your Aging Brain.
