As Aplusify’s COO, he leads an internal task force that shares lessons learned, best practices, and practical applications that specifically relate to associations and nonprofits.
Melinda Starkweather is the Founder of Starkweather Association Services. She has extensive background in communications and information technology and has served on state and US congressional campaigns. She developed Starkweather’s Cirrus Change Readiness toolset and protocol. She focuses on creating organizations that thrive in change. Melinda has been certified in change management since 2010, and coordinates the change management initiative.
Thomas McClintock is the Senior Client Services Manager at Empowered Margins, Inc. He uses his 30 years of martech, communication and business development expertise to take digital marketing and automation to new heights. Tom founded and ran several firms including three marketing agencies, a venture-backed content aggregator and an international trading house. Tom knows how to use the right data to find the right audience at the right time. He particularly enjoys crafting targeted messages for fast-growth tech companies like Empowered Margins because of their vision and ability to elevate and transform whole industries. When not marketing, you can often find Tom with his wife and son in Colorado Springs, Colorado where they divide their off hours between movies, sci-fi, games, the outdoors and volunteer work for at-risk youth.
