Lewis Groden, M.D. is an examiner with and board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Groden joined LasikPlus in 2000 where he currently serves as Executive Medical Director. He also serves as the Director of Cornea Service for the University of South Florida Department of Ophthalmology and the Co-Director and Associate Professor in their Residency program. He has been recognized in the top 1% of LASIK laser eye surgery and refractive surgeon specialists in the United States as designated by Trusted LASIK Surgeons.
This two hour course will discuss the treatment of refractive errors, focusing on the surgical correction of myopia, astigmatism, hyperopia, and presbyopia. The history of refractive surgery, current procedures, and future developments will be covered.
