Ty has worked in various customer success roles, both customer facing and in internally driven initiatives. Currently, as the Manager of Customer Education, they lead the team to develop educational content for use with product onboarding, customer support, and feature adoption.
Kathleen is the Learning Experience Designer and Academy Admin for the Customer Education team. Her design implementation has received acclaim both internally and externally, creating beautiful training content for all TraceGains users.
