Our webinar, led by Pavel Koběrský and Petr Dolejší, will focus on two practical PROVYS Sphere functionalities related to transmission planning workflows.
The goal is to demonstrate both existing capabilities that can bring additional value in everyday planning work, as well as newer features available after upgrade.
Transmission Schedule Checks
This functionality has been part of PROVYS Sphere for many years and may already be available in many customer installations. The webinar will show how to make fuller use of this functionality in everyday transmission planning.
During the webinar, you will see how transmission checks can help you:
- detect scheduling conflicts and inconsistencies,
- verify rights and compliance conditions,
- identify missing materials or technical issues,
- reduce manual control procedures,
- improve playlist quality before finalisation.
The emphasis will be on practical daily usage and productivity improvements rather than technical configuration.
Deleted Slots Bin & Quick Blocks
These are newer, more advanced workflow features that will be available to customers after upgrade. Some attendees may already have them available and can start using them immediately.
They are especially suitable for demonstration because they:
- provide immediate user value,
- require minimal onboarding,
- generally do not require additional configuration,
- simplify common planner operations.
Q&A session
The webinar will also include time for your questions, so you can ask about the demonstrated features and how they may apply to your transmission planning workflows.
