About this event
Generative AI is great for all those tedious boring tasks, like summarising the minutes from your weekly team meeting, turning those random notes you took into a readable report and writing a quick LinkedIn post so you can keep your personal brand alive.
Yeah…That last point might be great for those who are short on time, but it’s not something we social listening professionals like to hear.
We can’t be the only ones to notice that a lot of the content being shared on social media feels a bit…samey, generic, robotic. Generative AI has changed the way people are conversing online and it feels a lot less genuine now. On top of that, it’s given those dubious characters hiding in the shadows an opportunity to share spam and disinformation at scale.
Given one of the key benefits of analysing social data is to hear the authentic voice of the customer, this is a problem. Right? So what can we do about it?
Join our webinar as we discuss:
✅ How to identify ‘fake’ and generative AI-created content
✅ What should we be doing with this content?
✅ Does it actually matter? Will it skew our insights, or does this give us a different perspective into online interactions?
✅ How can technology help us overcome this?
Our speakers for this session include, Mary Beth Levin, Manager Social Strategy and Analytics at USPS; Martin Miliev, VP Social Intelligence, Publicis Groupe.
*If you can't attend live register anyway and we'll send the recording after the session.
