Agni’s mission is to support healing through nourishment for all people everywhere on the reproductive continuum. In this session, Astrid, Agni’s co-founder and CEO, will share a framework for nourishment that is applicable to nourish those you are serving along the postnatal continuum. From Agni’s perspective, nourishment includes everything from the beliefs we hold to the herbs we lean on in response to the body’s communication. We’ll cover the full spectrum of nourishment in this session and specifically dive into examples of how it can serve those moving into, parenthood and grounding in the 4th trimester. How do we support clients beyond pregnancy?
This is a space for Mama Glow Doulas to learn how to support nourishment along the postnatal continuum and how to use food as medicine during postpartum and as a pathway to restore the body and encourage healing and recovery.
