Modernising general practice access through an eHub

Join us and the team from Folkstone, Hythe and Rural PCN to hear how they set up and run an eConsult eHub Operating Model to improve access, resource management and patient care.

Having set up an eHub, the team are now:

• Managing an average of 4,500 eConsults centrally per month
• Effectively using their PCN ARRS roles to manage the consultations
• Standing up 950 minor illness appointments per month from the hub
• 30,000 eConsults have been processed through the model to date

Dr Aravinth Balachandran and Andy Gove from Folkstone Hythe and Rural PCN worked with the team at eConsult Health to create and set up an eHub and take advantage of the benefits that come from federated working.

Join us as they walk you through how they set up the eHub, the work required to get it up and running and the positive impact it has had on their PCN matching the current guidance to 'modernise general practice'.

The Folkstone Hythe and Rural PCN is run using eConsult's Smart Inbox which allows for collaborative working and better use of ARRS roles.
