Meet Our Speakers

Pr. Yves Ville is a Fetal medicine expert specialized in fetal surgeries at Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital. As a distinguished member of the French National Medicine Academy and former President of the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG), Dr. Ville has significantly advanced the field of fetal surgery. He is also a co-founder and the President of Sonio’s Scientific Advisory Board.

Dr. Yinka Oyelese is a Maternal-fetal medicine doctor with multiple teaching awards. His clinical research interests include abnormalities of the placenta and umbilical cord, prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound, and intrapartum and operative obstetrics. He is the Director of Obstetric Imaging at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School.

Rémi Besson, PhD, is the Chief Scientific Officer at Sonio, a leading augmented artificial intelligence (AI) company revolutionizing fetal ultrasounds. Recognized as one of MIT’s Innovators under 35 of Europe for 2023, Rémi is a distinguished AI expert in fetal medicine. With a PhD from Polytechnique specializing in applied mathematics and decision tree optimization for prenatal diagnosis of rare diseases, his recent groundbreaking work includes filing two patents on computer vision algorithms for the automatic detection of congenital malformations.
