About this event
Ethics and compliance initiatives operate differently in small and medium-sized organizations than in large enterprises. Particularly, medium-sized organizations are caught in between as they transition from a smaller to a larger enterprise. Employees in medium-sized organizations report more pressure, more observed misconduct and more perceived retaliation due to reporting misconduct than employees in small and large-sized enterprises. As a result, organizations that are growing are encouraged to be aware of a “tipping point” at which informal ways of doing things give way to formal programming and support to help guide employees on workplace ethics standards and how to address wrongdoing.
During this webinar, presenters will share key findings from the report:
This report was made possible through the generous support of the Business Ethics Resource Center (BERC), powered by U.S. Bank and the Melrose & The Toro Company Center for Principled Leadership at the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
